In the kick off phase, we align stakeholders on goals, KPIs, timelines, and expectations and discuss tech requirements. Key Points:

• Decide which stakeholders need to be involved from your organization, their availability and role in onboarding.
• Explore data points including where data is gathered/shared in the organization.
• Discuss any tech requirements based on your IT infrastructure / systems
• Define KPIs for software based on current use case and expectations.
• Set timeline including, next meetings, deadlines and check-in dates.

In the product walkthrough phase, we present software package, features and the value they deliver and discuss settings. Key points:

• Walkthrough of software for stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Present user roles, permission, workflows, dashboard(s) and notification rules.
• Define additional workspaces if used in Pro version.
• Discuss login settings such single sign-on (SSO), two-factor authentication, etc.

In the optional data migration step we assess data sources and migrate your data into the resilience software. Key points:

• Data Workshop where we assess current data sources to be migrated
• Map existing data structure to the software’s fields, defining where data will sit in system.
• Migrate and validate the data to ensure its accuracy and functionality in the Resilience software.

In this step we train users to get the most value from software and features, and user and system credentials handed to your team. Key points:

• Tutorial session focusing on the day-to-day use of software.
• User and system credentials handed to your team.
• Super User session for advanced users focusing on specific requirements.
• Advanced tutorial focusing on improved efficiency with the proper use of software features.
• All training sessions are recorded and shared with your team

Drop-in sessions are for users to ask questions, discuss functionality, and clarify any outstanding topics. Key points:

• Three drop-in sessions usually within the first month of deployment for user support to answer any questions or resolve any issues.
• All sessions are recorded and shared with your team.

To ensure a smooth transition to day-to-day usage, customer success hold reviews. capture feedback and presenting new functionality. Key points:

• Final review ensures all onboarding milestones have been achieved and deliverables met.
• 4C Customer Success Officer is allocated (often same person that has helped you through the steps) to support adoption.
• Customer Success holds periodic reviews to ensure the system meets your expectations to capture feedback for improvement. as well as presenting new functionality that may benefit your operations.
• Maintenance agreement begins and support portal account finalized.
